We made OBSERVER deployable over the Internet so that system enhancements and new functionality can be automatically and immediately available. We also insisted that only essential data should be transmitted between the OBSERVER “cloud” servers and customer control rooms to ensure optimal performance.
The architecture of the OBSERVER platform, and technologies incorporated, ensure maximum scalability and accessibility, allowing OBSERVER to be easily integrated with other client systems.
