With over 20 years’ experience in workforce management SaaS solutions in the security sector with Bloodhound Technologies, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the challenges that field workers, supervisors, and management face. I co-founded Xactco with the belief that technology can also empower deskless workers and their managers to achieve more in industries other than security. That’s why I’m passionate about creating solutions that improve the quality of work and revolutionize remote operations.
My entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 when I co-founded Holbert Technologies, a leading provider of technical solutions in the South African security industry. This experience instilled in me a deep commitment to innovation and a drive to solve complex problems.
In my current role, we provide real-time workforce management solutions that drive efficiency and productivity for businesses of all sizes in a variety of market sectors . We help companies to maximise efficiency and productivity with real-time deskless workforce management solutions. As part of this process, my focus is on understanding the unique challenges faced by deskless teams and delivering tailored solutions that empower them.
