Observer is a single data management Cloud Platform that is responsible for real-time control over all of the various components of Bloodhound’s Technology Stack.
Observer provides authorised users access to a comprehensive Administrative Module,
ensuring that client has full control over all system configurations including:

- • Alarm configuration
Observer offers a very powerful Control Room module that provides clients a comprehensive view of all live field activities.
Control Room operators are required to respond to all exception-based alarms generated by Observer and will be guided through all remedial steps accordingly.
Observer’s Live Dashboard module offers clients real-time views of their mobile staff performance and overall progress. Interactive drill-downs provides the user various viewing options of their field data. These dashboards can be accessed online via PC, Tablet or Smartphone.
REPORTING & DATA ANALYTICS:
