Field worker training with FILE13
FILE13 training ensures deskless workers are trained “on-the-job” while in the field. Training is uploaded via FILE13 and verifies the person, their physical location and that training was completed.

1. Setup step-by-step training
The manager sets up training via FILE13 admin dashboard.
The steps can be a link to a video or a training material followed by a step-by-step checklist which can verify the trainee’s location before they may proceed.
2. Distribute training to deskless field workers
Select a group of employees and distribute the training via their mobile app.
Training can be scheduled for specific day or period and has to be completed within a specific timeframe.
3. Deskless worker watches training video
User receives new training task and follows the steps on his phone.
Optional: Before they can start, they have to verify:
- Physical location
- Date & Time
- Personal identity (this is verified at login)
4. Complete on-the-job training
The user follows the training checklist step-by-step which can include optional hyperlinks to advanced training manuals which are specific to machine make/model.
5. Complete self assessment and submit
Once the training is completed, the trainee completes a self assessment and submits when completed.
6. Verified training & summary report
Management receives a report including a summary of who has completed the training, who passed, failed and who still needs to complete the training.
